What? It is true you know! I have found that ordering a child invites conflict; while treating a child with respect is more effective. Therefore, changing your parenting style from authoritarian will create a calmer home with happier children. I can’t change anyone; but I can change myself and I have found; that when I change my interaction to being kinder and respectful; my children co operate with me.
